CHANTILLY, Va. -- Meredith Hoydilla has joined the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) as its new director of marketing and membership.

Hoydilla is a marketing and communications expert specializing in business development and integrated marketing strategy. She most recently served as director of marketing and membership of the River Bend Golf and Country Club.

Her previous positions include director of global marketing for InfoComm International (the trade association representing the audio visual industry); marketing communications consultant, narketing/ethnic advertising, MCI WorldCom and international marketing manager for National Geographic Television.

She has extensive experience in membership development, brand management and social media as well as developing and implementing marketing plans. She holds a BA from Roanoke College and an MBA in marketing from George Washington University.
